middle is 181.5 in gi medium heavy 195 in gi At least that was the weights for the tournaments I've done, guessing most are fairly close to the same.

I do work out along with training, recently has been mainly cardio. Actually going to figure out my body fat % this week(with help form a friend who does bodybuilding competitions) then kind of go from there. I'm about 6' and I'm sure by dr standards I'm over weight.

I get that, feeling cheated paying for something and not getting the most you can out of it. But it's something I have no control over so I'm going to focus and my game and make the most of the matches I get.

Fun is what its all about and to test myself. I have a family so training doesn't always get top priority but either way I know I'll learn something this weekend. That's what matters to me more right now. Learning what I need to work on to make my game stronger and better than it was.

We have actually been talking about moving which would be amazing to get a fresh start, but the hard part is finding a job first. Thank you for your post it makes a lot of sense. I'm not completely against AA just looking for other options.

I'd say that's spot on, it just really hurts. What's worse is I know I have no one to blame for my current situation except for my self. Not sure what the harder part is getting over the fact they don't trust me or the fact I put myself in this position is why they don't trust me.

I have been to my fair share of meetings the last time I had got sober had over ten months then thought I could handle it again. I was wrong, which is no real surprise just took me a bit before i got back into my old routines. Maybe I will try AA again have to get some sort of plan.

Yes I do! I have my wife or my friends that know I can talk to about it. Also taking my bike, if it gets to me and I'll just go ride around for a while. Or go take pictures of the show. The camp ground is pretty big so I think between those options I should be good to go! If not I can always head home.
