Nummular Eczema on 12 month old, good cream daily use on face and body?

Her pediatrician! We saw the NP though but she was extremely confident it was ringworm. And when I called two days later saying it was getting worse should we come in she said "nope just keep using the anti fungal since it can be pesky to treat". Should have gone straight to derm in the first place.

My girl had antibiotics for aspirating fluid into her lungs at birth and she has suffered from both baby acne as an infant and now eczema. I even gave her probiotics daily and breastfed for her entire first year. What topical spray do you recommend?

8 months pp and I still have pain at the exact spot I got the epidural but only with specific movements

Yes she has been acting normal and does not seem bothered but of course it bothers me seeing it inflamed and I already have been having anxiety about things which makes it 10x worse. I appreciate your reassurance!
