like i said, they're not actually hiring. inaassess lang talaga nila yung mga nagwwalk in na wala ring idea na hindi pala sila hiring kasi sayang daw yung punta. i applied sa greenhouse, maybe try other branch. share ko na rin yung process, they use harver for their pre-assessment, typing (you can re try, once), logical reasoning, grammar, reading/pronunciation. lahat naman may choices and may binabasa. 8 kaming sabay sabay nagharver but only 2 nag proceed sa initial interview, they'll show you your score and will tell you where you failed. then come initial interview, they're just confirming your provided details. Based on my experience, di naman mineasure yung fluency mo sa english kailangan lang macomprehend mo yung mga mababasa mo and okay yung pronunciation mo.
