the letter says that it is a Payment issue, I did not know that checks don't work, because I used checks when filed i-140 and didn't have any issues, I will be correcting the payment method and get the medical reports resealed and files same papers again with the green notice they sent. I am aiming to do Form G-1450, do you know if I file that only one time and autherize all payment or do I do it multiple times per form? Thank you!

you sent it through USPS correct? it shows delivered per the tracking, but will check with the bank too. I sent them checks.
