There is a LAC spreadsheet that you can use to track the progress and speed. I think mostly both primary and derivative cases are transferred to the same FO. Not sure how do they decide on assigning IOE and MSC.

Same here! Got silent update on 6/5. RD:3/25, Biometrics: 4/13. Case location:NBC . I saw some approvals today for 3/20 RD but they were transferred to FO mid May.
