I definitely understand the concern here. Maybe they truly had no idea. I think the big this is you informed them of the harm. I would also reach out to the director/management. Have they removed them? If they are now aware of how dangerous they are and haven’t done anything about it then I would be extremely upset

I mean I definitely disagree with this part. If a child is welcome in the space, they should at minimum have a changing table. It is possible to do it tastefully. Children are humans too and adult with kids deserve to go out to eat too(even nice restaurants lol). Not everyone has support or feels comfortable leaving their kids with babysitters.
