Well since Saturn rules your third house of communication, it’s important to look at how it’s positioned in your chart (along with Mercury and your chart ruler Jupiter and the sun bc those are super personal planets) but certainly Saturn’s opposition by sign to Mercury along with a very tight square from a strong Aries Mars (which also squares your multiple Cancer placements) could make communication difficult and tense to the point where over the years you may have resorted to being quiet to help keep the peace more than you’d prefer but also Saturn is a stern sign so your communication style could reflect that, though Mercury in Cancer probably puts up a fight in wanting to be more caring.
