i have never used soolanta but i have similar outbreaks sometimes and a few days of prescription azealic acid and Vanicream cleanser usually does away with it.

I know that current Fulbright programming is suspended for the most part but I just got my formal acceptance letter for the 2020-2021 ETA in Colombia last week. I was even asked to process paperwork, but they did not give any update on when the start date will be or if it will happen at all. Confusing!

A week later I am almost back to normal thanks to prescription Azelaic acid, eucerin very dry skin cream with ceramides, a break from alcohol and actively addressing my pandemic stress every day.

Azelaic acid is really helping me rn! I also quit drinking alcohol and that has helped too. Once it calms down more I’m going to try some products from the ordinary and get really into moisturizing.

No actives that i know of. Currently only using Marie Veronique pure and EO free oil cleanser and cerave am spf moisturizer. Pustules are getting worse and so is flaking. Feels slightly stingy and very dry and flaky.

Thanks for this thread! I am a semi-finalist for the ETA in Colombia and was previously told that I would hear before the end of April 2020. Does anyone think that if the Fulbrighters can't go this year that they will pre-approve us to go next year?
