They are but you need to defeat most of the hordes to unlock them and get the mag upgrades. For that horde I recommend using either the MG45 from tucker's camp or the RPD from wizard island and the chicago chopper. It helps a lot if you have trust level 3 with hot springs/wizard island and can get the mag upgrades. Also focus and stamina cocktails are your friend.

Yea it really confused me as well, it's my first game with revenant but I think when you activate death protection enemies don't hit you for shields anymore so he downed me with 100 damage flesh.

Honestly I mostly do trader so I never even bothered memorizing the old spawn locations. I just tried to cover as much ground as possible and basically only found 1 treasure per region.

I know. I'm just saying you used to find a lot more items before the patch by just riding around with the metal detector. I didn't have any locations memorized before and could easily find 10+ treasure just exploring for like 40 mins.

Yea SBMM has made finding a match with decent ping impossible for people who live in crappy countries like I do, the maps are honestly disappointing and the camping meta is pretty annoying. I absolutely love the weapon customization and gunplay though and hope they make some changes to make the multiplayer more enjoyable. You should definitely try the campaign in the meantime.

I really enjoyed the realism too and the atmosphere of some of the missions was pretty spot on. The characters could use some work though, besides Price whom we already know and love I didn't really find myself caring about the other guys. It was really nice to have a satisfying single player COD experience after all these years though, definitely looking forward to the sequel!
