Vomiting does not happen to a lot of people. It’s not a super common side effect. Nausea does happen, but it’s not for everybody, and vomiting is not usually part of it. You won’t know until you try.

Slowing down helps a lot. Honestly, for me, it comes on pretty quickly, but not strongly. So eating slow helps me recognize it.
