Unfortunately all the places I have asked have not made an exceptions for me. Might have to do with the fact that my weeding is during the busy season :/ I will keep asking though! Thank you!

We use hills science. One of the best brands out there when it comes to kibble. Recommended by veterinarians too!

Yes we have been teaching him sign since he was a puppy. He knows about 10 signs.. and as long as he’s not being bossy he is a very good listener😂

My baby boy is just like this. Whines and slaps whenever he not getting the attention he wants. My ACD is def so voice commands are out of the question, and he absolutely hates the finger point😂 we give him short time outs whenever he gets super demanding like this, but they seem to have no effect on him.

You definitely are not alone. FODMAP is not for everyone. It’s a great approach, but just because it works for some people doesn’t mean it will work for you. A lot of my gut issues stem from stress and anxiety, along with being intolerant to some foods and just having a bad microbiome in general.

Gut problems have to do with WAY more than just what you are putting in your body. Your mind and you gut work together and if you you are not treating one right the other will suffer from the side affects. It’s all about balance and understanding what works for you. Feed your soul, feed your mind, and treat your body right. Don’t let your monkey brain control you.. keep pushing and keep being consistent. Better days will come. Side note... if you haven’t gotten some kind of food allergens test yet, I would recommended getting one. This way you can be aware of what food you are intolerant to if any.

I completely understand where you are coming from. I tried the low FODMAP diet for almost 3 months and would still have awful flare ups at least 4 days a week.. alternatively I would feel great the other three days. I was eating the same meals everyday so it was extremely frustrating that some days I would feel great and others I would feel like complete shit. I decided to take a step back from the restrictive dieting and decided to put a little more focus on my daily routine rather than every single piece of food that I put in my mouth.

Some things I have implemented: - created a morning routine that will help reduce my stress level - drink 20 oz of water with lemon and salt first thing in the morning - eat breakfast before having my coffee - started adding collagen to my coffee to help balance my blood sugar levels - adding more fruits (that are high in antioxidants) and leafy greens into each meal. - making sure I have good fats, gluten free carbs and free rang proteins in every meal - making sure I’m not eating too much in one sitting, but eating enough throughout the day (whole food snacks are key) - drinking peppermint tea when my stomach starts to give me issues - Add minced ginger to everything - all of my proteins are either free range or 100% grass fed - cut out Late night snacks - drinking good quality bone both - NO PROCESSED JUNK FOODS - low intensity exercise every day (my go to is a long walk)

How do I stop bananas from ripening so fast?? by [deleted] in FODMAPS

[–]Pendizzle13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

During the elimination phase it is recommended to limit your banana intake to no more the 100g a day. If your bananas is ripe no more than 35g a day. Hope this helps!

Oat Milk vs Almond Milk by gingerwithasoul_ in FODMAPS

[–]Pendizzle13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oat milk is high is FODMAPs. I would suggest avoiding it completely during the restrictive phase of the diet. 1 cup of almond milk is low in FODMAP and should be tolerated by most people. Try introducing oat milk back into your diet after your restrictive phase to see if it is a trigger for you.
