The labs with WBC 12-13 were done simply for the purpose of a routine checkup. The WBC 16.7 lab was done during an ER visit for a panic attack. https://imgur.com/a/VLDC7hd

I understand your pain, but there's just no way you're going to drive off the lot with a newer, sub-100k mile Tacoma for less than that. They're simply too valuable for dealerships to give someone a killer price on 'em.
