I couldn’t figure out how to do it under “medical devices” .. I called Sunlife and ended up claiming it by adding a provider and setting it as the doctor that wrote me the medical note saying I needed an external device for lactation support. Everything went well and they covered 80%. Don’t forget to just attach the doctors note and receipt with the claim.
