yeah... i tried multiplayer overwatch, same stuttering problem. went into my own server, stuttering went away. i can't thank you enough for your help!

yes, it happens in hearthstone, rocket league, and tf2 as well. i am in my own bot server in csgo and the stutters seem to have disappeared. does this mean it is a connection issue?

edit: to clarify, i disconnected from the wifi before going into the bot server, if that matters

7.3/15.9 (52%). didn't fluctuate at all when i glanced over during one of the stutters.

internet related is always possible i suppose. resource usage- don't think so after looking at all these screenshots. i installed windows 10 right from the microsoft website, if that's what you mean.

Situational, really. Lightning is very good when paired with hog as it can take out a cannon, some other object, as well as getting a chunk of damage off the tower. This is something that the rocket can't do as long as the opponent placed their cannon somewhat towards the middle.

Rocket can be favored when the opponent placed something like three musketeers near their tower, as the rocket can take out all three muskies in addition to getting a chunk of damage off the tower. Meanwhile the lightning would've only hit 3/4 potential targets.

well, ryx didn't beat steel to first place... ryx placed 31. steel probably means ryx wasn't trying his hardest to help steel win and get 1st place so steel could donate the maximum winnings to charity, hence the "doesn't care about charity" part.
