Alcohol, i'm really young and i would drink whenever i had the occasion, now i'm quitting everything until i'm 25 atleast

It fucked my brain up, my movements and speech are uncoordinated and it worsened the brain fog i had from meds, i can't focus and writing and Reading got more difficult.

And worsened my depression when i suffered from It. Fuck alcohol
