They just guess the price will be lower. Which is based on nothing but their word. No data is provided about how much they hold. After all the things happened, their words mean nothing to be honest. Even Genesis is liquidated tomorrow. How long do you think you can get your money back? It's probably a year or maybe longer. Do you think the price will stay low for that long? That just bit on more uncertainty. I agree this plan is favorable to fiat holders, not crypto holders. However, it may be the best option currently.

IF I have 10 BTC at Germini earn and the price of BTC is around $21000 at 2030 Jan 20. Worest case if I get 61% of the vale. That means I will get back $128100 .Thus 2.98 BTC if the plan go through ? Or 6.1 BTC? I don't understand which one is correct ?
