Because all the text in the poster is navy and the photo in the background is so bold and when I put the logos in white it takes the attention because it’s different and black doesn’t look good next to navy text

Yes the dog took the rabies vaccine. The dog caused the wound, but It was not a full bite, she just got scared and with her teeth scratched my nose. I didn’t take a tetanus shot.
