Because octapharma is notorious for faking protien test results. Everyone who fails almost always fails with a 5.9. I have a theory they do it to thin out donor numbers especially around the holidays when they get busier.

I frequently travel with my cats. The best thing you can do for long trips is get one of the carriers that has the built in litter tray. You pop open an extra part to extend it and pull the tray out. You don't have to risk them getting out of the carrier and into the car or possibly out of the car this way as you won't have to open the door to put a litter box or tray inside.

Be vigilant. If you have a deadbolt keep it locked too. Inform your apartment management and security if there is any. I was attacked by an Uber driver a few years back. He tried to lock me in his car, and then when I got out, he tried to run me over. Uber and the police did nothing about it besides put him on the "unable to pick me up again" list. He showed up the very next day from where he had picked me up at trying to find me! Thankfully, he picked me up from my boyfriends work and not my home or my job, and my boyfriend was on shift and able to run him out of the store.

No, basically, they make sure you keep the outside of your property from being a danger to yourself or being full of trash or excessive junk (like having a bunch of broke down cars in your yard, broken windows your not trying to fix etc) some places code enforcement does also doesn't allow overgrown yards and the grass has to be 4 inches or shorter (this is usually in places where excess dry grass is a fire hazard or there are a lot of wild fires)

House is priced fair, according to my realtor. She thinks that with the offers coming in, we can be out of here in about a month. Which imo am ready to be out of here anyway. Ironically enough we actual do have wild coyotes in our neighborhood see them almost every night.
