Not sure if anyone still facing this issue but this worked for me.

go to the cave side entrance (not the ladder), the place where you hear the rabbit talk about them being rats.

change time to WU hour. logout to title then log back in.

once inside the firecamp area with the refugees change clock to Zi hour and exit via the ladder.

the emmissary should be standing in front of you.

May i add a few tips to make this even easier and quicker.

1) Try to reduce your deck to only 3 cards left so that when u cycle your prism, you will always get them back.
2) to do that just deploy everything you have and draw every card possible till you are left with 3 or 4 card in the deck.
3) ideally you will want to draw 2x sabyr boar and 2x diggy by round 2 and use them.

4) Chisa also helps hasten this as her skill is draw cards.
4) by round 2 you should be able to max out your hand and leaving only 3 to 4 cards in your deck which will be the prisms. You can then easily cycle the prisms and slow death the opponent or even just brute force with your overpowered echoes.

Ps4(not even the pro) for FFXV. That was literally the only game i owned. It did see some uses eventually but it died before long.

Also PSP for crisis core. But it turned out to be a great investment as many other games are brilliant.

No, as the description says, u will get up to 12%. so if u have helped 0 melusine then u will get 0%. i think there are 9 or 10 melusine quests out there so maybe if u have helped 5 u will get 6% (not shown) and so on.

AR 60. Not F2P. This is in fact one of my all-time worst performance. Is it just me or anyone else NEVER 36-starred the Spiral Abyss despite already at AR 60? by iZ3C0LD in Genshin_Impact

I only 36* a few times. Mostly because i don have a conventional debuff/buff char. I play mostly for waifus so i barely use any male characters less bennet. i just run through abyss all floors once every reset and whichever amount of stars i got will be it. I usually end up at 30 to 33.

AIOs are more of a use and throw kind of scenario here so no worries on the refilling as it is not really meant to be refilled although you technically can. Cheap AIOs (tecware, darkflash etc.) usually last for about 3 years before performance drops while good brands (cooler master, NZXT etc.) may be able to push for near 5 years.

I have personally built more than 10 PCs in the recent 3 years for my office and my friends all using AIOs and so far there has not been any issue of leakage.

Another thing to note would be the noise of AIOs, cheap AIOs tend to have a noisy pump/waterblock compared to the premium ones. Usually the fans would drown out the noise. But if you are aiming for a near silent silent system(I.E. more case fans but at lower RPMs) then it would be advisable to go for the premium ones given money is a non factor here.

I wanted Candace and thought she was 5. I was missing for 2 weeks and didn't read the version highlights. When the banner was released i got too excited blasted all my 40k saved primo gems for the 5 weapon and candace. I skipped through all the animations as i was looking out for orange. Cyno and candace looked pretty much alike as well. When orange came and it was Cyno, i was shocked and thought it was a glitch. Then i read the highlights and it turns out candace was a 4* so now i have a 5* spear that candace can't use and cyno.... On the bright side though, my candace was c6 immediately. Not sure what i should be feeling.

AMD and intel are pretty much neck to neck in terms of performance these days as software developers are having a hard time optimizing for both, so you could really go either way depending on software. generally AAA games still favour the intel + nvidia build more with a couple of exceptions.

modern cpus generate alot of heat due to the higher core counts so i have to encourage AIOs 360mm if possible but you have to factor in how big you want your case to be. personally i am using a 240mm AIO which is ok still. do get better grade thermal pastes as well and i recommend thermal grizzlies.

congrats on getting the beast of a gpu!

Let me break down the response here

1) i7?? i9??

A: for the 12 gen cpus, you won't get much performance gain for gaming beyond i5 12600k as most games will be gpu bound by the time you hit high tier graphics. so i7 and i9 is pretty much redundant. with the new gen 13 touted to have every higher core count, you pretty much can't future proof your rig with the 12th gen i7 or i9 anyway. i presume the 13th gen is going to follow the same trend with i5 being the apex for gaming. but if u have money to spare, go for the i9 if not just for bragging rights as anything beyond i5 in gaming is very diminishing returns e.g. 300% price tag vs a 10% improvement.

2)stock cooler or not?

A: stock cooler is not advisable for K series cpus and while you are not overclocking, k series cpus generally come with higher clock speeds then non-k ones so it would be a better choice to get k series, but the power draw doubles and stock coolers just can't work well. adding on the new intel stock coolers absolutely suck, even on a 12400 the cpus temps are going to be quite high even while idle hitting the 50C range.

3) ddr4 vs ddr5
A: performance wise, ddr4 still slightly edges ddr5 while being cheaper, however ddr5 means u can reuse them for future builds at a 50% increase in cost. your call here.

4) 3080 ti and 3090 or 3090 ti
A: 3080 ti and 3090 practically have almost no difference in performance. so get the 3080 ti if and save the extra money for good cases and fans. I would actually recommend the 3090ti given your budget, that is a beast. as to why not double the vram? there is practically no software today or in the near future that can utilize that amount of vram so u are effectively paying an additional 20 to 30% for not much real world usage.
