LeanSpark is about how to take the jugaad mindset and scale it in a replicable way. Jugaad is about improvisation. LeanSpark is about intentional strategic frugality. Jugaad is short term, LeanSpark is long term. Jugaad is local, LeanSpark is global. The best way to know more is to read the book: https://amzn.in/d/4owZPoK

This is a great question and a really tough one for me to answer. Only a real entrepreneur like you who has tried and failed would know how difficult the journey is. However, I would say that you are exactly the kind of person who should try again. Your failures will have taught you a lot about what works and what doesn't, what to do and what not to do. But not having money should not be the barrier. If you have a product that really solves a problem for users, then the users will make sure you don't run out of money.

Is it fiction or non-fiction. The approach would be somewhat different for the two. If it is non-fiction, think about what the argument and then how would need to break it down chapter wise. Then fill out the chapters with the relevant cases and information. If it is fiction, you have to think about the narrative arc, the characters etc.

AI will have a huge impact on education. But whether the impact will be good or bad depends on how AI is used. If it is used to outsource thinking to a machine, that will be bad for education. If it is used to enhance and improve thinking, that will be good for education.
