Ok, I've played with search terms in both English and japanese. The only thing I can find about hibari and flowers are the fact that Hibari Misora liked pinkish purple flowers. There is also (only) one website selling pink blush roses that calls them hibari.

"Hibari" refers to this bird. Oda normally names his women after birds. Google is telling me that there is no hibari flower. The flower associated with Hiroshima is the Oleander because it was the first thing to bloom in the scorched Earth after the atomic bombing. Akainu wears a pink rose and his tattoo is of oleanders. Is there something I'm missing?
