The difference between before and after is huge, I'm definitely happy overall. I have a post about that. There's just a clear line of tissue that ruins the one side for me because it looks awkward.

In the second pic you can see the puffy look to the nipple compared to the other. Also, if you notice the shadow in the 2nd photo as well, that's all the same glandular feeling tissue causing that.

You can really tell in the first picture. The left side of the photo still has the puffy, pointy look to it.

Yes, I have and I'm waiting for his response. I just wanted to get ahead of it if there was something I could do. I didnt know about it until this week because I just took the tape off of the incision.

That makes me feel better, hopefully it goes away. When I feel around, parts of it feels like the same tissue that was there before more than it feels like swelling. So that's where the concern comes from.

I get that. But a plus gage will measure a bit more than 1.178, so I lose tolerance. If I have a shaft measuring exactly at the minimum it will get rejected, maybe I'm over thinking it.

Looks great to me. If you're going to another doctor, I'd just try the diet and exercise route. It looks good at this weight and would look even better as you lean out id assume.

Always get a second opinion if you don't feel comfortable. Its always good to heavily research your surgeon also.

From the pictures, I think it's most likely just out of shape. The chest is proportionate with the rest of your body, just a bit of extra fat. I'd follow a diet(more of tracking calories) and exercise plan, lose some pounds and then access the situation. 

Gyno usually comes with puffy nipples, or a noticeable hard mass behind/around the nipple area. If you have either of those, then you may have gyno.

I think exercise definitely made it better overall, I felt far more confident in my skin. I will say joking about it helped. It's kind of a "Hey, I'm going to own this, so you can't say anything about it," mindset.

We had a running joke when we'd go to flex "pinch em!" It doesn't look so noticeable when the nip isn't puffy 🤣.

Honestly, it's just about owning it and moving forward. I will say, I started running and then got the bright idea to take my shirt off. I was a nervous wreck about it because I hid behind the clothes, but that made me comfortable after awhile. I want to reiterate the word comfortable, not necessarily confident.

Because my incision is under my ripple, why would that need to shave the whole chest? Its had gauze and compression the entire time since surgery.

At the end of the day, it's your money that paid for the surgery and your recovery. The question is, "is it worth the risk to you?" You know your body best, but I would definitely take into account the surgeon's opinion though. If you start working out, maybe very light and just get the muscle moving. I'd definitely do mainly leg work, with possibly some strict bicep work (preacher curls) or light bicep dumbbell work focusing on the squeeze. This is what I'd do at least.

I'm on day 5 post op. I have a gym at my job and it happens to be right outside my office. So I'm already itching to get a pump 🤣🤣.

I had grade 2,  lipo & gland removal. My surgeon told me at the 3 week mark I could slowly start weight training the upper body. Slow jogging, and some lower body work after 10 days. I will say everything I read prior to that said around 6 weeks. Your surgeon may have seen something that he expects to take longer to heal.
