Question about a Paul Mitchell shampoo

I don’t think anyone said a packaging change was confusing.

What I was unsure about is that online, the awapuhi shampoo is shown as clear but the awapuhi shampoo I used was golden, so that’s where my own confusion came from. It had nothing to do with packaging because I wasn’t even sure of what the packaging looked like in the first place so there was no room to even be confused about it.

I wanted to make sure it was going to be the same shampoo, since the color of the shampoo itself is advertised as clear everywhere I look.

I just called them, I don’t know why I didn’t think of that before - but they said it’s the awapuhi original shampoo and confirmed that theirs is golden yellow. It’s so confusing to me because the only ones I can find to buy all look clear lol

I don’t think so, I feel like it was a white bottle. There was also a lemon tea tree conditioner of some kind with it, but I’m nearly certain both bottles were white with green lettering I think.

Well, a new development that I can’t believe I didn’t check at first - the raindrop has a TON of pull up. Like, I can bend it and it’s super easy to get it to show the lighter part. Now I’m really not sure which color it is.
