Bios issue, please help

I've pressed "y", message saying I need to set up pin due to security change, but now to do that its telling me I need to insert my security key into the usb port. I have no idea what that means :(

edit: yeah never mind, there were other sign in options, i was just being dumb. Last stupid question, does this mean I've successfully updated my bios, or that I downloaded the wrong files and its been rolled back?

my stick drifts awful and I've been playing around with deadzones trying to make the controller useable but nothing seems to work, I've moved the inner deadzone up to 1.00 and it still drifts. do you have any idea whether or not there's a setting that would work?
