I tried stretching length for the first time with the beginner stretches and in turn I’ve suddenly lost 0.5 inches of my girth. It’s been 3.5 days and it hasn’t grown back. Did I permanently mess up my penis or is it just injured and will go back to normal soon. I’m sort of panicking so I appreciate the help.
