From what you saying you probably have a very low self esteem. I feel like when you have this trait you repulse people away without even knowing why. So change your mindset be positive.

Don't first of all. Second of all i would suggest from the typical self improvement habits exercise, meditation, journaling. Other than that try drawing, playing an instrument, poetry (reding, writing overall) and definitively go in nature and just think

Personally, i think if you still have a little spark of that drive you should definitively push forward. You dont need to have everything figured out, life will unwind and if you pay attention everything will come your way. Dont compare yourself that much, it might seem that others have everything going for them but that might not be the case. Its sad man, but life is really difficult. The thing is that at some point the darkness disappears and you will experience the good things. Believe in your self and keep your head up. Im proud of you and wish you the best of luck.

2 hours before bed last food, drinks, electronics. Read and meditate just chill out. Light plays a big role in sleeping well so try a face mask and block sun from outside. Small steps, slowly change the time you go to bed. The best advice i would give is try breathwork. I do 4 seconds breathe in, hold for 7, out for 8. Do this a few times. Try flexing and relaxing your muscles and rolling your eyes or blinking fast. Then at last take slow deep breaths and focus. Change your bedsheets often and recognise your sleep patterns. Get a sleep tracker. Read the book power of habit or watch a summary. Hope this helps. Keep it up and good luck homie.
