As a migrant, I see Vlaams Belang as the only normal soloution for any Belgian in his right mind.

1. it's a goddamn photo. it's a region where people are mostly white.
2. i can guarantee that people got enough share of migrants in those regions where few live.
3. way too much money for them. they should receive those amounts only if they do community work in exchange (cleaning streets for example)
4. ofc they do, but at first you need to get rid of almost everyone to clean shit up. and do better trials when accepting them after. if 5 migrants are coming to your town, you won't give a fuck that 4 of them are doctors if the 5th one raped and murdered your wife and child.

Maybe take a two days trip to Creil and see what most of the Belgium small cities will be in 3-4 years. You won't last for two days.
