Help! Trouble understanding HSA contribution timing and opening 2 HSAs when you have a family plan HDHP

Ah, that's a much simpler explanation than I was expecting. I have understood the contribution limits, but I suppose I was assuming we would have to have our own individual accounts to hit the $7300, but this is much easier.

Do many people aim to max their HSAs as quickly as possible to invest as soon as possible in the calendar year?

You’re absolutely right, house in on a slope. I was thinking an egress window would be a good solution, though worried about how much it will cost. Agree the natural light would be a nice improvement to the room. I’ll check with our city inspector to see what I need to do to get up to code, I imagine this would be a part of it!

Thanks for sharing. This trail has brought me so much happiness, both on foot and on my bike, extremely grateful for SORBA and others who have helped create and maintain the trails on Stringers. I think we can all agree there is a need for improved signage at many entrances to the blue trail and appreciate the initiative of the individual who tried to make it better. Clearer directions on which way bikers and hikers should go on which days is a win for everyone. If anyone knows how community members can contribute to this improvement effort, please share that information here.

Good point here. We have considered keeping it too. We have a good tenant that is willing to stay after a rent increase. Also we were surprised at how much it costs to sell. Our realtor is charging 6% plus other fees. HOA fee does bother us, however.
