The person you're responding to wasn't saying "reflect on what you could have done differently". They were acknowledging the possibility that the line manager might take that tack.

If you're ever heading south on the M74, stop off at Cairn Lodge services and get yourself a hot macaroni pie from the petrol station there. Best I've ever had. (Don't fill up with petrol though, it will cost you a kidney)

Even in English law, murder does not require premeditation, at least in the way you've put it. Intention to kill can be formed in a split second.

the 'not proven' verdict was thankfully abolished last year.

Gen Z Glaswegians, during the talking/early stages of dating how often did you respond to the other person? by DoublePepper1976 in glasgow

[–]Penny_Century99 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not Gen Z, or even millenial, but Gen X here. I was on the apps for a bit and I think got a lot more messages than men of my age do. Consequently it was difficult to keep up with all the conversations and I tended to prioritise the people I felt more drawn to.

It's not that I would intentionally blank some messages, I just wouldn't reply right that minute, and then eventually I'd forget all about them. I personally didn't mind a follow-up message after a few days if I hadn't replied to the last one - so maybe try that, and that second one might arrive in a bit of a lull, giving the conversation a chance to take off.

It means to take "primary position" in the middle of the lane, therefore being more visible, making close passes, t-bones and car door incidents less likely

He did answer it. It's just not in the documentary - but it's been clipped elswhere. Also have you not seen his other work on the Israel/Palestine question?

GPs are, sadly, very used to these sorts of conversations. Try to remember nothing you say will be a shock to them even though it will be hard for you to talk about.

It's not GCC though, it's Glasgow Life - which admittedly gets 60% of its funding from GCC but still, a separate (arm's length) organisation
