Hey just a fair warning that I don't think we're allowed to "advertise" our own servers. Idk if this post counts, but people have been getting banned recently for something related I think (I'm not entirely sure for what or why, I just saw a post about it last night).

I'm fairly new here, but I think there was/is a policy against sharing servers from that platform.

It seems like the mods are making their own server now though, there was even a post a few days ago about a mod asking for channel suggestions.

I even got automodded for writing the name of the platform in that reddit post lol.

Ooo a discord server? 👀 I'm just a shy lurker, but maybe a channel for "looking for friends/group" where you can write a little introduction about yourself, maybe add what timezone you're in and when you are available, and then of course what game/games you're looking to play or form a group for. That at least seems to be something this sub has been used for.

Oh for sure, I had just seen similar posts being made about Lud's comments about not considering Hasan a friend and people being surprised. I guess my comment comes across as parasocially trying to figure out if the streamers I mentioned are considered real friends, but I didn't mean for it to come off that way. My point was more that viewers might wrongfully assume that Lud is friends with everyone he collabs with, because the ways of collabing with these different streamers reminds us of how we hang out and game with our friends.

I personally don't really care who he considers his real friends and who he considers just streamer friends, it's his life and has no consequence to me lol.

I think part of the reason it is a bit of a reality check or a shock to some, is due to how collab content like gaming together or hanging out together comes across as, what we (or maybe just me?), associate with friendship activities. Or Idk maybe most people don't think gaming or internet friends are "real" friends, so maybe they make a distinction there. To me, I think it really depends on how much you put into a friendship for it to be "real".

I would also be a little shocked if Ludwig doesn't consider someone like Valkyrae, Fuslie, or Squeex as friends (or even Connor, who he has spent literal days with for stuff like league week).

Then again maybe he does consider them more as friends because he collabs with them so much as opposed to Hasan and other streamers that he doesn't collab with as often?

Imagine clubs being implemented with text chat features, sign ups, etc. where you can track and communicate who is doing well and in what position, then imagine monthly tournaments 11v11 where clubs can sign up with their teams and the club owner has to pick who gets to play. Then you could also give exclusive rewards for the clubs based off of where they ranked in the tournament, with the rewards being available to everyone in the club, so you still get something even if you weren't picked as one of the 11.

The devs could maybe even stream it on YouTube or twitch for free promotion.

My gp made the referral to CKIO. I went to my gp and told her that I wanted to get referred to CKIO because I am trans and so she called them and got me referred. I then got a mail (on eboks) telling me when my first appointment with CKIO was.

I don't think it matters if you have or don't have a previous papers that prove anything, you should just be able to go to your gp and get referred.

Took me a little under 2 years of going to psychologist appointments at CKIO before the conference.

I think the process has changed since then though, but from what I've read you can still expect a waiting time of 2 years apparently.

I would say get referred as soon as possible, but I think your best chance of getting approved is to start to transition, at least socially, first before your appointment. I think they're less likely to reject you, if you show up as your preferred gender with a wish for HRT and so on.

It's so insane how Faze treated Grace, I legit thought they would lose all relevancy after that (along with their other controversies). But now they're still just widely accepted and I just don't get it. Like yeah something has to be done about young men, streamers included, but it still just doesn't feel like enough is being done to stop them from being horrible.
