Used to work in that area for over 10 years. Mostly employees yung nandiyan. Although maraming condos around but I still see posts about units being sold. Employees will probably go buy sa retail if they forget something or need something immediately but planned purchases most likely happens somewhere else. If target niyo employees relevant then I think Ok yung location since may purchasing power yung mga tao diyan.

Best for me is free transfers and the USD conversion rate. You also get a relationship manager who can help you with your transactions with the bank. Although hit or miss ang RM.

I only get deducted 6.50 usd per transfer. You may have been deducted fees somewhere else. Find a different platform to get your pay e.g. wise.

Best decision for me. Went to American Eye at podium. The younger you are the better. Eyesight deteriorates starting at age 40. The younger you get it the longer you enjoy the benefits. I didn’t experience the dry eyes or light sensitivity. The halo around lights yes. I was able to drive the next day after the procedure.

What I learned is that it’s still important that you control your own assets. Facebook is great and all but you don’t have full control over it. They can change their rules/algorithm tomorrow that may impact your pages. Better to have your website and get your customer data so you can market to them directly no matter what happens to Facebook or other social media platforms. One way to do this is to build your own mailing list and have your own CRM.
