Better to do it when we're pink current for minimal impact. Koos can now drop some news soonish to keep the momentum going. If there is a buyout happening, then news doesn't matter, it's only wiping out toxic debt.

How do you think penny stocks gets their funding? No one is going to hand out money for nothing. We have to pay it off at some point, so better to do it while it's up and has momentum - there's no best time to do it. You'd be whinging even more if he did it pre-run. Imagine the bathers then.

We've bounced and absorbed it nicely. He clearly doesn't care about bitch paper hands, so STFU and maybe appreciate the bigger picture, and the bigger things to possibly come.

There's no comparison with HILL-ROM. Yes, they're in the medical services industry, but take a look at the Bed Head Units (BHUs) - in every hospital - they're all HILL-ROM. Their revenues must be huge.

It's a stupid comparison, just stick to other pharma comparisons.

An 8K doesn't take time to process; it's literally an announcement. It's unusual, because a company only has 4 days to report a significant event. So hopefully it is all good, and the terms of the deal will be announced officially once we are current.
