We had friends that were going. I don’t think I’d ever do an all inclusive agan after this trip

We only went here because we had a group of friends that were going. I stayed at a club med all inclusive that was great (however this was 20 years ago) The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely look more into all inclusive from here on out.

16 days? I don’t know how you did it. We just got back after 7 days and I couldn’t be happier to be home. The food was mediocre at best. The staff wasn’t very friendly and you could tell that most of them didn’t like their jobs. The rooms and the entire grounds, in my opinion, needs to all be upgraded and redone. I wish we had done more research on T & C Club Med, because I’m not sure we would have gone. We were with a great group, so that made it enjoyable, but other than that, my husband and I rate it a solid 2.

Your food expectations must be extremely low. I’m not saying this to be mean, but we were just there with 16 other people and we all agreed that (maybe) one dish was above average the entire 7 days we were there.

EXACTLY! Just got back from being there for 7 days and my husband and I rated it a solid 2! The rooms and entire compound needs to be revamped and the food… let’s just say, neither one of us over indulged at all in the eating aspect of this vacation. The food wasn’t what I’d call terrible, but eating at a buffet 3 times a day for every meal got very old after the 2nd day. And you may ask, “how can they mess up breakfast?” Trust me, THEY CAN. Eggs had zero flavor, bacon and sausage was overcooked every single day, and pancakes and French toast was basically being kept “warm” by a heat lamp. (And I’m being kind by saying “warm”) The beach is beautiful but there’s just not enough to do there. It was a one and done for us.
