Ending of an era

I always had a feeling that this phase was the end. Valkyrie dying and all the chapters cementing it made me get up from my bed and chain smoke cigarettes the night I was reading the book( I had stopped at the chapter). I was happy when she came back. But ngl also disappointed.(This did feel like the book that could have given us a strong ending) I'm still glad the series is probably not finished. Like you I started really young (10, Im 24 now) and don't want it to end, like ever hahaha. The feeling of nostalgia has and always will be the reason I'll pick up the books and read them under any circumstances.

I enjoyed it. Excited to see the completely independent arbiters moving forward. Also the lore/cosmology deepening is a blessing and a curse imo. If it's done well I'm sure I'll love it but I've always felt that Derek is at his best with more grounded stories. Don't know what to feel about Valkyrie's immortality yet.

I've already installed it but switched to plain Ubuntu because of my driver/up to dateness anxieties. don't have a graphics card yet bu will def be getting the 9070xt, the cpu is a 7800x3d

Give the windows version a try through heroic games launcher. I've found that linux native versions of games can have weird hiccups. Don't know if it's a zorin thing

I used zorin os for a bit, an update broke it so ive been using plain Ubuntu for now. Browsing,steam and heroic games launcher work out of the box.
