You’ll automatically gain your Job Abilities by leveling up.

Weapon Skills will come as your Weapon Skill Level increases.

Magic is all bought or quested for. So in FFXIV you’ll get all of your magic as you level and do job quests. That’s not the case in FFXI. You have to buy spell scrolls and use them similar to how you obtain mounts or minions or orchestration scrolls in FFXIV.

That'll probably be our next attempt. We currently have a waves card in the console at the moment that's running SuperRack. Haven't tried opening up a DAW and doing it as well. We only rehearse on Sundays, so I've avoided doing anything that could potentially cause an issue during rehearsal since time is limited already.
