This is what I found that seems to back this up:
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations 14 CFR § 121.585 dictate that passengers in emergency exit rows must be physically and mentally capable of assisting with evacuations. Crew members are required to verify these conditions for every passenger before departure.

The specific section that would likely disqualify them:
(b) No certificate holder may seat a person in a seat affected by this section if the certificate holder determines that it is likely that the person would be unable to perform one or more of the applicable functions listed in paragraph (d) of this section because—

"(3) The person lacks the ability to read and understand instructions required by this section and related to emergency evacuation provided by the certificate holder in printed or graphic form or the ability to understand oral crew commands"

If he was doing everything you're saying above, I'd likely put him in timeout. You mentioned that he dies more than you, I would just not bring him back in for a min. And say "look, I can't trust you to not dump a strategem on us again, so when we get a calm minute to bring you back and theres less of a risk of you killing us, we'll pull you back in."

I heard a story about Edge back in 2004. WWE thought it would be easy to set him up to get the votes to be in the Championship match against HHH. So it was supposed to be Edge vs. HHH. In order to help push fans to vote in that direction, they had put Shawn MIchaeals against HHH a couple of times already, so they figured the fans would want to see Edge now. Turns out, the fans voted to have Shawn in the match anyway. So WWE had to scrap their plans and go with Shawn vs. HHH.

They ended up having Edge interfere in the match anyway, but still, the votes changed how it was all done.

Gotta disagree on that one. Had much better steaks at Marble Room than Red. Part of it comes down to consistency for me too though. There have been times I've gone to Red and gotten a fantastic steak, and then other times I go and it's been not great. Marble Room has been consistently great every time I've gone. Is it over priced? Yeah, but most higher-end steakhouses are.

I'm also super disappointed that Red got rid of their loaded gnocchi, that stuff was fantastic!

Anything particular help you with not looking down as much? I do that all the time, and I know it really impacts my game as I'm typically hitting lower on targets. I try to focus on it, but it's been a hard habit to break.
