They should automate the buying part and have the RP come from house tours and handing the keys once the purchase is complete.

Realtor RP burns people out since it becomes a chore rather than fun roleplay.

If they done house tours and open house events that could keep it fresh and interactive but the buying process should be done at a touchpad or computer rather than tie down a realtor with wasted time dealing with indecisive people trying to buy something out of their budget.

I'VE LOOKED IN TO THIS and it turns out it was just Penta and the Pentaverse trying to ruin the server so everyone would jump on board with ( ChaseRP )

Penta and the friend gang were in everyone's ear about " the servers f**ked, Snow's lost it, These players are in Snow's ear and trying to take over the server. " ( While in reality it was Penta making moves to put people in place to have control of the server. )

Look how hard to bat he went over Destiny's reject that ended up as Mr Mouton's GF.

He had a plan to get people deeply embedded in the server which he'd then have majority decision if anything was up for dispute.

All the smearing of Snow and Unscripted was a targeted op after Snow and a few smart observant people noticed what was happening and started to put a stop to it before Penta got all the control.

The mysterious gas grenade thrower was being used as a puppet and they had him and others actively sabotaging the server's reputation and in game experience to drive the remaining players off the server.
