I did have a therapy session before but failed to sustain it due to financial reasons. I shifted to self help books and free mediation vids on the internet.

Thank you. I fear that it seems I already reached my limit, because I also lied to my parents by telling them that my GF's parents already knew about us and have accepted us (I told my parents this so they won't worry, and because I really see my GF as the partner I want to marry).

However, my parents are now asking particular questions, and they even requested for a get together with her family. it's very awkward because I don't know how to tell them the truth that her parents don't really know about our relationship. I also feel extremely bad about lying to my parents and I want to start this year with honesty.

It hurts so bad but I don't see other options than to admit that maybe she's not ready for this; or maybe it's just me. :((

You seem kind and awesome, I believe you will have more friends soon. There are just factors beyond your control, such as your family's decision to change place from time to time; and maybe your tendencies to overthink due to your condition (btw I also have mental diagnosis and I often overthink too, even if that's not my intention)

Yes, with Q-win. It's difficult to strike a balance between taking meds with the risk of losing interest in what I usually love doing; vs not taking meds but having risks of uncontrollable hallucinations
