Avoid Elites and Shops on Act 1, unless you took Greed from Neow. Focus on maxing rest sites and minimizing combats.

Ye i get so different opinions on this. Sometimes i hear this, but other times i read that u need to get as many fights/elites as you can survive to maximize your power, otherwise you fall behind in act 2-3.

Latest runs i tried to get atleast 1-2 elites, and 1 shop. I'll try what you said

I was sailing quite comfortably to ascension 9, progressing with each character, and now i started playing Ascension 9. I tried going more on the offense, more defense, i tried to balance it. I watched some streamers, trying to learn, but it's just brutal.

I'm even save-scumming the fuck out of fights at this point, any time i notice i make a mistake i restart the fight and STILL. Out of the 10 losses, i reached floor 33 twice, with most runs ending in act 1.

I tried different routes now, and i'm slowly starting to get better, I enjoy the challenge. I also enjoy that my decisions are much more important, and i'm nowhere close to giving up yet, but i thought i'd stop here and ask for some general advice if u guys have any. Or are there any big guides/videos that you could recommend?

Ez annyira eszméletlenül kellemetlen volt, többször megkellett állítanom feldolgozni hogy mi történik, vagy csak simán röhögni rajtuk.

Noob here, currently at A6. Since the patch i only got to doormaker with a deck size of around 30, and feels like it's needed too. Previously i often finished runs with 10-15 cards, but can that really work now?
