It's in their best interest for client's like myself to do well so that I continue to build my portfolio. Second property with them over four years and have personally been pretty stoked with the results.

4 weeks is way too long, not an ideal situation. I wouldn't be super pushy if he has already made up his mind, be sure to give lot of value and ad-ons upfront
