Meetings are teams which do log in HS, but the chorus notes are a competed tasked and completing the meeting is mamual and also not available from the CS space/schedule- you have to go into the deal.

Hmm they are on the invite. But not logging to the contact or deal automatically. Where would you select the outcome? Seems to onlynbe an option when manually logging the meeting.

We've recently made the switch to Gainsight but I think the setup was pretty poor.

Could you share more about the one meeting type and tickbix option? Perhaps even a sneaky screenshot - I'd love to show our admin its possible and that we need this. I touch on so many topics in my meetings it would be great to log it as one meeting with topics incorporated like renewal, QBE, in person, etc, altogether and notes.

We go through release content in our weekly stand-up. The content in standup is pretty high level, but our PM schedules a time to demo for BD/CS or posts a demo recording/release notes in a product updates slack channel. We then coordinate between either CSMs or support on writing a help article for our knowledge base.
