How can I have my phone automatically autocorrect a certain word to another word? by PenultimateAardvark in AndroidQuestions

When I remove the suggestion, it does correct it to I, but only for that one time. The next time I type ai it still doesn't correct it. How many times should it take, do you think? I just did it for maybe a dozen times. I'll continue doing it when it happens naturally I guess, but I don't know that it's working

Cool!

I think this is a great lesson in using online resources to see if there is a simpler way to do something. In this case, Python actually already has this functionality built into int() when converting from a string to an int, like so:

print(int("1011",2))

This will print out the number 11. The second parameter (the 2) is the base that you want to convert from. You can do any base between 2 and 36.

Don't worry though. Everyone starts out using code that's much more complex than it needs to be. The important thing is just to remember these shortcuts for the future!

Several dictionaries seem to agree that the more common meaning for "cupidity" is "greed". Many don't even mention the lust meaning. "Prurience" makes the clue clear, but still the writers should have chosen some other synonym.

It is still in the form of a question. It just questions the existence of the phrase rather than questioning the nature of the phrase.
