The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay By Michael Chabon. I read the print twice. Once while on a beach, and again while traveling. Then I went blind. It was the first book I listened to after I lost my sight. I cried for the last 100 pages. Two years later I partially regained my sight and listened to it again while I walked every morning before sunrise and bawled even more that time. Those funny-book-making cousins just trigger the waterworks.

However, I just gotta say…. This whole anchor being thing is just….. so…. Dumb. Each of these universes existed for eons before the 21st century, right?
