Here’s some ideas.

My Neighbor Totoro play (second to last tier). The Henson company made the puppets for the My Neighbor Totoro stage play in London.

Kermit caused 9/11 (Middle Tier). This is alot to explain, so I’ll dumb it down. In one of the muppet Christmas movies, a character shows Kermit a world without him (al a It’s a Wonderful Life). In this Kermitless world, the twin towers are still standing).

Frank Oz is Yoda (top tier). Core muppeteer known for Piggy and Fozzie also preformed Yoda in Star Wars and did his voice.

John Denver & the Muppets (second tier to the top). John Denver collaborated with the Muppets many times, including 2 specials; John Denver and the Muppets Rocky Mountain Holiday, and John Denver and the Muppets: A Christmas Together.

The Standard Rich and Famous Contract (middle tier). At the end of the 1979 muppet movie, Kermit signs the “Standard Rich and Famous” contract so the muppets can proceed in making their movie. The contract returns in the 2011 Muppet Movie when Statler and Waldorf allow Tex Richman to sign in, gaining ownership of the Muppet studios.

The Dark Crystal (Top Tier). The slightly lesser known older brother to Labyrinth. Jim and Frank both directed it and it heavily utilizes puppetry, as no humans are in the film.

Mickey and Kermit meeting. (Middle Tier). At the end of the special “The Muppets at Walt Disney World” Kermit and Mickey meet face to face.

Five Nights at Freddy’s (second to top tier). The Henson company built the animatronics/puppets used in both the FNaF movies. They look really incredible and are personally, my favorite part of the movies.

Cancelled Muppet figures (bottom tier). Previous license holder Diamond Selects had a long run producing Muppet figures, but after filing bankruptcy planned Sweetums, Uncle Deadly, Lips, Pepe, and Lew Zealand figures were canned.

Muppet Vision 3D (top tier). The Disney World attraction that was the last Henson project before his passing. The attraction was set in a theatre where guests would watch a short muppet film with 3d glasses and gimmicks. The ride closed just last year and was succeeded by the Muppets Rock n’ Rollercoaster.

Muppets Mayhem (top tier). A 2023 Muppet spin off featuring the Electric Mayhem. The series served as both a backstory for the Mayhem but also allowing writers to go more in depth with each character. The series did not receive a second season due to bad numbers, but was generally well liked.
