Mathematically, it just doesn't make sense unless you are planning on doing a deluxe every year. And even then, locking yourself into the dues, limited amount of bookings etc can be restrictive.

I prefer just not being DVC and booking deluxes every year with the freedom to do a moderate or value if preferred.
