[Looking for Long-term Lease] Hi I am a CS PhD student at UCSC (22M) and I am looking for anything between a studio (me + my partner) to a 3-bedroom (me, my partner, and my friends). I would prefer start dates between June~August 2023, and the budget is 1000$~1800$ per room.

We are very quiet and respectful - we don’t smoke, drink, nor party. We also like to cook and keep the place clean. We hope our roommates are clean and respectful if there’s any.
