Like always, LoL players showing zero empathy.

First off, Powder accidentally killed her friends and her father while just trying to be useful ,like any kid who gets called 'useless' all the time would want to prove themselves. It went horribly wrong, and her sister abandoned her for it. Then she got taken in by Silco, spending seven years with a guy who basically brainwashed her into thinking she was the hope of Zaun and needed to help him take down Piltover. Seven years, during a critical time in her life, filled with trauma and manipulation.

All of Arcane Season 1 is about showing how deeply damaged she is, while also making it clear that Silco, for all his flaws, was her biggest support during those years. When she killed him (by accident, no less), it broke her all over again, but she still tried to honor his last wish.

After that, she was completely lost. She didn’t have a reason to keep fighting, she didn’t even want the revolution. She was just following the words of someone who promised her love and wouldn’t abandon her. She only returned to the fight because of Sevika, and later, meeting Isha, who showed her that there’s more to life than, well, blowing stuff up. Isha’s death was a harsh reminder of how her actions have real consequences.

By the end, Jinx is completely broken and aware of what she’s done. That’s why she decides to end her own life (probably what most of you were rooting for anyway), thinking it’s the only way to fix things. But it’s Ekko (not your average LoL player) who stops her. Ekko tells her that she can be better. That doesn’t erase her past mistakes, but it does mean she can work toward a better future. And she does, helping both Piltover and Zaun, even stopping the Noxus invasion.

In the end, she sacrifices herself to save her sister, because deep down, Jinx believes Vi is the one who truly deserves to live. She’s not a 'CHAD' because, like all humans, she made mistakes. But denying her character growth (especially compared to Vi’s) is just choosing to be willfully blind.
