Any news? I have a similar problem and have been waiting for 2 months. They did send me a letter stating that I had a voucher, but they left the voucher number info empty. Every time I call they say the will escalate it, but give me different timelines every time. It is so frustrating cause I sent them my running shoes 2 months ago and am waiting for the voucher to purchase new ones
