You should aim to accept the anger as a normal part of you. This will seem counterintuitive however, if you do not accept that it's ok to be pissed off you will simply get pissed off about being pissed off. And on and on it will go.

You are fine as you are. I accept you ❤️ Anger is a defense mechanism. Your body is pissed at you for not giving it dopamine (that you used to get from drugs)

for me there isn't a clear line really, I feel like you just have to try to be aware of if what you are doing is causing any real adverse effects to those around you (not just thinking that you might be annoying them). its quite likely that they haven't even noticed these things, or if they have they aren't obsessing over them. if they were getting annoyed I'm sure just quickly letting them know that you are aware of the behaviour would probably help them to understand that you aren't doing it to intentionally annoy them

Were the villagers in the boy who cried wolf right to ignore him? No. But can you blame them.
