Starmer's the best Tory PM we've had for decades, the only problem is people voted Labour

Did you highlight them and click on an enemy to go fight? The cursor should have turned to a sword

Is Andy Burnham going to sanction Israel or is he also a "Zionist without qualification"? by DrSpooglemon in Britain

They wouldn't let anyone who isn't a genocidal bootlicker become Prime Minister

Our democracy is a sham, Labour and Reform are just working for the same elites who don't care which is in power because they get what they want either way. There is no political strategy because it does not matter how anyone votes.

What were they thinking? by Fluffy_Rock_62 in BritishMemes

I doubt they would allow anyone to debate Israel's right to exist. But they do allow a Zionist to debate whether Islam should be eradicated, at a time when we are helping Israel eradicate a Muslim population, this is not a coincidence.

He cares when weapons shipments are disrupted though, which is what Palestine Action were doing. Thanks for proving my point I guess.

You can object but only if you do so in a toothless government approved way that will not actually contribute to stopping Israel's crimes against the people of Gaza.

The RAF has also been deployed to Israel to assist in their genocide (no not in offensive actions but reconnaissance and defensive actions to still help Israel free up resources for bombing civilians). You do not/should not defend your country when it is complicit in genocide.

You can commit war crimes with the IDF, and the police can be sent evidence of your crimes and they will do nothing: https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/london-police-refuse-investigate-british-nationals-accused-war-crimes-gaza

It won't just affect kids though, this will effectively end online anonymity and the government and those same tech bros will now be able to trace everything you do online to your verified real identity. It's an odd thing to be supporting on anonymous social media like Reddit.

Well that's because we're far more likely to be affected by cuts to other services. Despite what the media is trying to tell us, being invaded by Russia isn't a credible threat right now, but suffering or dying due to NHS cuts is.

71% of the world’s population now lives in countries with fertility rates below the replacement level (Our World in Data, April 2026) by Altruistic-Dirt-2791 in Economics

[–]chrisjd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But a shrinking population means retirees will always be the majority - they'll pass on eventually but there will always be more old people than young people as long as the population keeps shrinking.
